1. Make sure to download or pick up a Bingo Card at Pack Wrap & Post, Pepe's, Daisy Dukes or Pure Studios.
2. Attach proof of completion of an action item to the back of your bingo card ( i.e. receipt, confirmation of appointment, etc)
3. Send an email to canyonlakechamber@outlook.com to make arrangements to submit your completed bingo card.
4. Be the first five (5) people to complete five squares in a row (horizontal/vertical/diagonal) to call BINGO!
5. Each winner will receive a $50.00 Canyon Cash gift card.
6. Have the participating business mark their square to show that the action item has been completed.
